On a work basis they gave me the opportunity to diversify from my own area of experience, including providing Outplacement Support to individuals being made redundant, a chance to continually learn i.e. Certificate in Personnel Practice and Insights Discovery Accreditation. As an organisation the team and directors have an innovative approach to business which stops us, and our clients, from getting 'stale'. On a social level we all get on well and support each other on both a work and personal level helped to plan workload and structure department to facilitate my desire to work part time.
