No Fee / Hourly Paid Recruitment

One of the most common complaints we hear from companies is;

"Why do we have to pay such high recruitment agency placement fees?"

Organisations can feel they are being asked to pay a lot of money for very little work, paying thousands of pounds for a candidate who just happened to be on an agency database.

We took these comments on board and introduced a new and unique alternative to standard recruitment agency fees - no placement fees  - just pay by the hour for support provided.

This means you only pay for the actual time worked on your position, which we guarantee to be lower than the standard percentage agency fee. We will quote for all work to be undertaken, and promise you will pay no more than quoted which will be a maximum charge invoiced on a monthly basis. After the close out of a vacancy, we will demonstrate what the saving has been against a standard agency percentage charge.

We will also ensure that all candidates are met, interviewed and have a behavioural assessment carried out in line with your specific job requirements. We will never send any CV's over to you for people who have not been briefed on your requirements. In essence, we find round pegs for round holes.
