Do you run open or public courses?
As a rule we tend not to run open or public courses as we mainly provide training individual clients which has been designed and developed to meet their specific requirements.
Do you only deliver training workshops or can you deliver using other training methods?
We always try to use the most appropriate delivery method; taking into account client and learner requirements and any operational issiues such as availability or geographic location. We can deliver training in various ways including:
- Workshops - typically lasting between from 0.5 to 2 days in duration
- Short 1 - 2 hour "Lunch and Learn" type sessions
- Off the shelf e-learning
- Bespoke e-Learning development
- One-to-one coaching
- Mentoring
We know we need to train and develop our people but we are not sure the best way to assess this, can you help?
The Urquhart Partnership can help carry out a full training needs analysis for a single employee, department or whole organisation that will help you establish exactly what training you require. We can also help you identify, select and evaluate potential suppliers and help you design bespoke training and development programmes that align with your needs.
We don't need anything large scale, just a one off training workshop, can you help?
Yes, we regularly design and deliver one off training workshops or sessions so would be happy to discuss any relevant requirements you have.
We have delivered some training but are not sure how to evalute how effective it has been, can you help?
Whether you need a simple 1-page evaluation form for a 1 day workshop or a large scale training programme evaluation carried out, we can provide support to design, develop and implement a comprehensive training evalaution that can assess areas such as quality of delivery, impact of trainnig received, value for money etc. We can conduct evaluations using a variety of methods and would always aim to recommend the most appropriate and effective method based on your particular circimstances. This can include:
- Post training delegate feedback questionnaires - paper based or online
- Conducting focus groups
- KPI / Key Performance Measure benchmarking and analysis before and after training delivery to assess if performance tangibly improved as a result
- Internal staff or external client / supplier surveys i.e. assessing the client feedback following a customer care programme
