The Rules of Engagement
Employee Engagement Seminar - With guest speaker and author of 'The Engagement Manifesto', Alan Crozier

Campbell Urquhart, Managing Director of The Urquhart Partnership: "These days there seems to be an incredible level of noise, clutter, clichés and buzzwords surrounding employee engagement – it's little wonder that many companies find it tough to understand what it's truly about – and implement it effectively.
That's why we were proud to host a fresh, new employee engagement seminar with The Ghost Partnership and featuring straight talking, no-nonsense guest speaker, Alan Crozier; author of new book ‘The Engagement Manifesto'."
With over 20 years consultancy experience, Alan (right) is a founding director of The Ghost Partnership. Alan is currently working with the UK Government's Task Force on Employee Engagement, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Accredited Business Communicator.
His new book, described as "24 carat gold", offers clear, practical advice on how engagement can have meaningful and lasting impact, and is suited to CEOs, senior managers, HR practitioners, those responsible for organisational communication and students alike.
Belbin Lunch & LearnsBelbin – How to use it as a Recruitment Tool Our most popular lunch session provided attendees with a good understanding of Belbin Team Roles which allows it to be applied readily within their organisations with little or no consultancy support required. The sessions gave an overview of Belbin Team Roles and specifically, how it could support the Recruitment Process. The process is simple but effective and allows for valuable information to be gathered as to a potential candidate's fit to your vacancy, your team and your organisation. Plus, not only did we give away a free lunch, but attendees also got a free copy of their own Belbin Self Perception Report. We've currently finished our run of Belbin Lunches for just now, but if you're interested in finding out more or wish to be alerted when our next lunch is available, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
