Personality Assessments
Personality assessments can form a key part of the recruitment process. It can be extremely helpful to compare candidates’ profiles with an “ideal” candidate profile, to examine candidates’ personality traits with those which are “essential” or “desirable” in the role, or to compare all the prospective candidates in terms of what they would bring to the role.
These assessments also prove invaluable as they provide people with a means of identifying their personal strengths, help them to look at areas to develop and ensure that people are placed in roles which allow their talents to be well utilised and, therefore let them shine.
The main reports we use for this type of assessment are Belbin Team Roles, Myers Briggs and 16PF5.
