Job Evaluation
We have experience in conducting a variety of job evaluation projects, ranging in size and industry sector. By interviewing relevant employees and their Managers or Supervisors, we gain a full understanding of the roles / responsibilities for each position and how each role fits within the department or organisation. A formal job evaluation process is used and this can be customised to meet specific client requirements.
Salary and benefits comparisons can then be made between internal personnel who are carrying out the same or similar roles and personnel within comparable external organisations for a broader comparison. If required, a salary grading structure can be developed and implemented to allow more formal recognition of salary and benefits differentials between positions and individuals.
