• Accessing the Belbin Website - http://www.belbin.com/Emailing/EmailInput-1.htm
• Enter the serial number - 015503UK
• Enter the password / supervisors key – CONTACT US IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSWORD
• Click Next
• If completing a self assessment , click Self Perception
• If completeing an observation on a colleague, click Observer
• Follow the online instructions for completion of of the assessment
